![]() The unitologist plotline makes no sense, the ancient military plotline is absurd (capped off with a general who's evil for no other reason that that the game says so), and the brethren moons didn't have half as much build-up in the narrative as they should have - the whole game should've been about them, not just the last third of it.īut the brethren moons did have previous narrative support. ![]() The pacing of DS3's whole story is abysmal, way too much of it focused on a dogshit love triangle that ended up making me hate every character involved. The necromorphs flying into the air as soon as the Marker begins convergence. The necromorphs constantly gathering around the Marker in both games. Nicole constantly telling Isaac to "make us whole" in both games. Look at how Sovereign was able to literally RAM through Turian ships guarding the citadel lmao their shields are nigh indestructibleĮxcept unlike the star child in ME3 which literally had no lines or allusions toward supporting it (at least not until the Leviathan DLC tried to do damage control and only introduced a whole new host of problems), the brethren moons did have backing. I’d even go as far as the reapers highjacking the Marker signal tbh as seen with their ability to control the keepers before the Protheans shut that down.Īnd since the Reapers don’t need to be operated by organic there would be nothing the Moons could do than individually crush the ships with their beaks and tentacles. The Necromorphs would surely hinder that next cycle so the reapers would target them. To destroy any semblance of advanced life and prepare the galaxy for a new cycle. While their indoctrination surely wouldn’t do anything against the Necromorphs, their heavy weaponry and organic harvesting systems would surely scrub the galaxy clean of anything marker related. ![]() Firstly, I don’t they they can be affected by the markers signal as their consciousness is entirely digital. ![]()
